Incredibly comfortable and absolutely fabulous rooms even in the fridge, fantastic services. A wide array of supplies in the room: tea/coffee making equipment, a dining area and a writing table. Lovely ambience in the hotel, great location.

Comfortable beds, room was good sized. All the staff was caring and helpful, settled my issues.

It was a pet-friendly hotel which had superb service. The rooms were quiet and bright, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The restaurant was great and the food was excellent.

We stayed in a little town not far from the beach and had a beautiful river right outside our unit. The scenery was breathtaking and the kids loved it. The room was clean and had all the basic facilities, including comfy beds and fresh linen.

The staff was not very welcoming and didn't provide us with the necessary towels.

Got reasonably large, bright room with a lovely view and the fridge, as example. The staff were excellent and very very helpful and the location was excellent close to the shops in Kempsey.

I didn't find wifi, so was a little disappointed.

I liked the hotel, its reasonably large room and accommodating staff. The position of the property was comfortable, right on the lake.

We had a great time during our Thanksgiving getaway. The complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a nice touch, and saved us some money. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions, and we also enjoyed the peaceful surroundings where we could relax and unwind.

We did experience some negatives during our stay. The noise insulation was poor, and we could hear our neighbors quite easily.

We had a great experience during our stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel staff was very helpful and suggested a nearby national park to visit which was one of the best parts of our trip. The parking facility was convenient for us as we were relocating with our trailer.

The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location at the rear of the motel overlooking the river is absolutely stunning, with lovely grounds to enjoy. Being in the main street but out of the main area gives it a peaceful atmosphere, just on the outskirts of the CBD. The service provided by the staff is excellent, and the basic amenities are all you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and feature a good shower, along with a comfortable bed.

Our check-in and check-out process at Moon River was smooth and hassle-free. We were grateful to be able to use the owner's freezer to store our belongings overnight. The beds in our room were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Spent Christmas at a hotel with beautiful river views and great parking. The bed was comfy despite the outdated decor. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw from the main road but tucked away from the noise.

The lack of hygiene was an issue; the mouldy walls and smelly bathroom were unpleasant.
